How to use FindRW

Get the app

FindRW works best on mobile. Download the app to message owners, save favourites, and publish listings.

1. Download FindRW from Google Play or the App Store.
2. Open the app — you can browse and search immediately without an account.
3. Turn on notifications if you want alerts about messages or saved listings (optional).

Use the website

You can explore listings on findrw.com without installing anything. Sign in on the app to message or publish.

1. Use the search bar on the homepage or go to Browse to explore listings.
2. Filter by type — businesses, professionals, property, jobs, or products — and by district.
3. Open a listing to read the full description, view photos, and contact the owner by phone or WhatsApp.
4. For in-app messaging, favourites, and publishing, download the FindRW app and create an account.

Create an account

You need an account to message other users and publish listings. Registration is done in the mobile app.

1. Open the FindRW app and tap Sign up or Create account.
2. Enter your name, email address, phone number, and choose a secure password.
3. Complete your profile with a display name and district if prompted.
4. Verify your email or phone if the app asks you to.
5. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for activity on your account.

Using the app

Search, compare, and connect with people and businesses across Rwanda.

1. Search from the home screen for businesses, jobs, property, professionals, or products.
2. Filter by district to see local results in Kigali and across the country.
3. Open a listing to view photos, description, location, and contact options.
4. Tap Call or WhatsApp to reach the owner directly, or message them inside the app.
5. Save listings to favourites and request quotes (account required).
6. Share listings with friends using the share button on a listing page.

Add a listing

List your business, service, property, job, or product so others can find you on FindRW.

1. Sign in to the FindRW app.
2. Go to Profile or My listings.
3. Tap Add listing or the + button.
4. Choose a type: Business, Professional, Property, Job, or Product.
5. Add a clear title, description, category, district, and photos.
6. Add phone and/or WhatsApp so people can contact you.
7. Add price or salary where relevant (property, jobs, products).
8. Review everything and tap Publish. Your listing appears on FindRW once submitted.
9. Edit or remove listings anytime from My listings in your profile.

• Products — items for sale

Customers order in the app. Merchants and riders apply on the web — our team reviews and grants access in the mobile app.

Tips & safety

• Provide accurate information in your profile and listings.
• Meet buyers, employers, or tenants in safe public places when possible.
• FindRW does not handle payments between users — agree terms directly with the other party.
• Report misleading listings or abuse via Support in the app or email infofindrw@gmail.com.
